Custom Enamel Coins: Your Design in Vibrant, Lasting Color
Our most popular option, soft enamel, involves filling the recessed areas of the die-struck metal with color, leaving the raised metal outlines to create a classic, dimensional feel. For a premium, polished look, we offer hard enamel (also called “cloisonné”), where the enamel is filled flush with the metal and polished perfectly smooth. Both methods are permanent and durable, ensuring your custom logo coins look brilliant for a lifetime. As every coin is proudly made in the USA, we guarantee a fast turnaround and overnight shipping to meet your event deadline.
What People Say About us
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What's the difference between "hard enamel" and "soft enamel"?
That is a great question, as the choice affects the final feel of the coin. Hard enamel is a premium, “jewel-quality” process where the colored enamel is overfilled and then polished down to be perfectly smooth and level with the metal outlines. This creates a sleek, flat, and highly durable finish. Soft enamel is more traditional; the enamel is carefully filled into the recessed areas of the coin, so when it dries, you can still feel the raised metal outlines. This creates a popular, textured 3D feel.
How do you guarantee our specific brand colors will be 100% accurate?
We take color matching very seriously because we know it’s critical to your brand. Our design process allows you to specify your exact PMS (Pantone Matching System) color codes for your logo or design. Our artists will then create a detailed digital proof showing these exact colors for your approval. We will not start production at our South Carolina facility until you have personally confirmed that the colors are a perfect match.
Do we have to order a large batch, or can we get a few for a small team?
You have complete flexibility because we have a “no minimum order” policy. This is a huge advantage, as most enamel coin suppliers require large minimums of 100 or more. You can order a small batch of custom enamel coins for your leadership team, a single retirement gift, or to test a design, and you will receive the same high-quality, die-struck manufacturing as a large-scale order.
We have an awards ceremony in a few weeks. Is that enough time?
Yes, that is very likely enough time. Because our entire production, from design to die-cutting and enamel filling, is handled in-house in the United States, we avoid the long and unpredictable delays of overseas shipping and customs. We have complete control over our schedule, so we can prioritize your order and use our overnight shipping option to ensure your coins arrive in time for your ceremony.
